I cant exclude my watchlist on the advanced search feature, everytime I click the exclude watchlist it still shows movies on my watchlist. Any ideas why this is happening ?

In the meanwhile, here's a workaround.

Right now it generates this URL if I want to Include Check-ins, but Exclude Watchlist:
http://www.imdb.com/search/title?lists=checkins&%21lists=watchlist

The working syntax is
http://www.imdb.com/search/title?lists=checkins&lists=!watchlist
or
http://www.imdb.com/search/title?lists=checkins,!watchlist

Notice the ! right before watchlist.

I tried adding the ! immediately before watchlist without eliminating the second lists=, but that did not exclude their titles, until I took out the %21 (ascii for !).

BTW, when I use lists other than Watchlist to exclude, it generates good (but redundant) syntax.
http://www.imdb.com/search/title?lists=checkins&lists=!ls027759347

But it does the same wrong syntax for excluding Check-ins.
http://www.imdb.com/search/title?%21lists=checkins&lists=ls027759347

I wonder what else has changed on ATS.

Yes, when I request Check-ins and/or Watchlist be Excluded, it does so. Yucky that they made the URL longer than needed by using %21 instead of !, but it works.

Also yucky: the title of the search is inverted when you Exclude   Check-ins and/or Watchlist (it follows the URL that was built):
Most Popular Titles Not In Your Watchlist, In Your "Jessie Matthews Film Festival" List
http://www.imdb.com/search/title?lists=%21watchlist&lists=ls027292448

But we have new problems with ATS:

When you go Back, the page has forgotten which of your own lists you selected (but it does remember Checkins or Watchlist if one or both of those were selected either to Include or Exclude.)

This is a big problem, since refining a search is common (for me anyway).

I noticed also that, as part of the Back execution,  it refreshes the page, AND deletes the Forward url. So when it first displays the ATS page, the Forward arrow (upper left corner of browser page) is lit, but by the time the page is fully displayed, the arrow is greyed out, and I cannot go forward to see the results I just had.

Specific example illustrating both problems:
In ATS, enter name Cary Grant, choose him from the results, select my list to Include. Get this result:
http://www.imdb.com/search/title?role=nm0000026&lists=ls007035631
Good.
Now tap the Back arrow, with no ability to go Forward (Bad), I tap the Search button again, and get:
http://www.imdb.com/search/title?role=nm0000026
Bad. Where'd the list go?

Third problem, not new, but I hadn't reported it yet: although Cary Grant is still in the search criteria, nothing is displayed in the Cast/Crew box. How do I eliminate the name selection without resetting the whole page of criteria? (Before this version of the ATS page, when he was still displayed in the Cast/Crew box, I also didn't know how to reset that parameter to Nothing, because just deleting the nmID did not eliminate the parameter and ID.)

Fourth item: the ATS page now shows the Include and Exclude lists in Modified order (used to be alphabetical). With 71 title lists, I always found it difficult to scroll to the correct list when only 4 are displayed. Now it's VERY difficult; at least before I had some idea of where "own" would fall in the list. Now, crazy hard. Any chance you'll either be making the box taller, or turning it into a longer dropdown? And make them alphabetical again?

Using Chrome on a Chromebook, scripts/extensions turned off.
