Can't log in to IMDbPro

When I tried to log on to IMDb Pro it said I had to log in, but when I did, it said I wasn't a subscriber. I am.

I am having the same problem as well.  I contacting IMDB and it says go through Amazon.

I have the same problem. When I clicked on the link it took me to the IMDbPro page where I was offered the opportunity to renew my lapsed membership.

I'm having the same problem. Yesterday I could continue to access IMDbPro as normal. Now I am taken to this page:

I have the same. I changed all cards. And I discovered here is a problem with code, maybe updating website or something else. All pictures still be on imdb.com, so account is active.

Thank you for your patience as we've worked to resolve this issue.

Eligibility to the complimentary accounts for Top 250 Contributors has beenrestored. If you previously redeemed your 2018 access (after 1/1/18), orcontinued access from 2017, your access has been automatically restored and nofurther action is required.

If you have not yet redeemed your 2018 access per the emailsent directly to Contributors, please do so now via the provided link. Do letus know if you no longer have the email and we will provide the specific linkafter verifying your Top 250 status.

I am currently experiencing this issue.  Yesterday I was able to login to IMDb Pro, as usual.  Now it is prompting me to start a free trial or sign up again.  I pay for this service every month and have paid for this month as well.  Would like to know how I can access my account that I've been using for years, again.  Thanks!
