can't sort titles in personal listings

after 18 years using IMDb, since about 2 months ago i started to have so many problems on IMDb that it already made me start moving slowly to another place. now i can't sort titles in my personal listings. i remember that until recently i was able to edit a list and drag and drop one title to a new position. now it doesn't seem to be possible anymore.

what's going on? is IMDb shutting down or something?
