can't edit original profile

edit/ update/ duplicate problems


when i log in it creates a new profile. my original profile has no photo and am unable to update it. veru frustrating. i have however created 2 NEW profiles in the process without choosing to do that. is there a number so i can sort this out today please?

First, no there is no phone number. Second, I just responded to your other messag with what I thought was an appropriate reply as to the problem but now I am not so certain.
