Cast and crew verified to be complete - Unable to verify

Hello. Recently I received an "Unable to verify" message after sending "Cast and crew verified to be complete" for a Spanish short TV film that had the "complete, awaiting verification" alert. What I did next was to send the url of a webpage with that film online. I'm still waiting for the result. My question is, is there any other way to make the administrators verify the information? The reference code is 191202-121716-626000. Best regards.

I also had a cast verification rejected as "unable to verify." I find this unusual. Are you generally going to require evidence for the entire cast and/or crew listing?

I verify the cast of almost everything I watch and I've never gotten one rejected and have never provided any evidence.

It's the first time this happens, but I never sent a cast verification before, at least with the current user interface. Maybe that's the reason why it was rejected? I must say I've been an IMDb contributor with another account since 1993, when contributions were made by e-mail with plain text.
