Cast marked completed but didn't add the cast member to complete the cast

I had this happen on two different episodes of Star vs. the Forces of Evil. The cast listing was mostly completed except for a single actor. I added the actor and marked the cast as complete. It looks like the data editors approved the "completed cast" edit but did not add the cast member to complete the cast.

It looks like all of my edits from these submissions went through except for adding the cast member to each episode.
