Cast and Crew details for my projects seem to be missing

Hello - I can't seem to see Cast and Crew details for my projects. I'm sure they were there previously. Can anyone help? Thanks.

That is odd, as the page exists:

It might just be a temporary glitch but staff can look into it just to make sure it doesn't need intervention.

I think it's a bug that the links to the full credits from the main page do not display correctly when there are only crew credits and no cast credits listed.

The same occurred here:

Ah that'll be it - there is no reason why the full credit link shouldn't be displayed if there is no cast, so hopefully staff will pass this on to the backroom code jockeys to fix.

I have the same problem with the documentary I'm working on, CODEGIRL. We have not added any cast members and are not planning to, but we still want "See full cast and crew" below the director's credit on the top of the page. IMDB Crew, help please!

This was originally marked as a "question" and then marked "answered."

I have changed it to a "problem" and removed the status so it doesn't show that it's been resolved.

Hopefully that will attract staff attention to the matter.

Are the names of any of the people in the film either shown on screen in a banner or given vocally?  Documentaries have special rules. Because so often the people shown on screen are not listed in the credit roll, if their names are shown in a banner when they are introduced, or where their names are spoken, introducing them, this is considered a valid credit and should be listed in the Cast section for the Title.

Yes, we have lower thirds for about fifteen adults who are briefly onscreen, but our main characters are the children in this competition, and we don't list their names for their own security. Good to know that people with lower thirds are considered in the Cast, thanks for the feedback.

Just following up here, our technical staff have confirmed that the display is intentional, if there is no cast listed, there will be no "See full cast and crew" link.
