I found it! its called "Nullarbor Dreaming" also known as Pannikin Plains Cave - the amazing escape Now that I have the name I still cant find it on DVD...?

It seems to be included in the special features on this "Sanctum 3D" Blu-Ray DVD (scroll down to the "Supplements" section):

There's also a non-Blu-Ray DVD of "Sanctum 3D," but I'm not sure if that also includes "Nullarbor Dreaming."
