'Celebrity' names attached to our project are not being updated

It looks like our editors were unable to verify that these two names were involved in the titles. We will need some more information and evidence in order for us to confirm their involvement and update the credits accordingly.

Acceptable additional evidence may vary depending on the type of data you are trying to submit -- if you are adding a credit for a film or TV show, the best evidence is a screen grab/image showing the person's name and credit as it appears in the main or end titles of that show. 
Other verification may include proof of employment (pay stubs or receipts, call sheets, contracts) showing that the person worked on the production, or mentions of the person's role on the production in media articles from reputable third party sources. 

Thanks for the response, but some of these options are not available when in the pre-production/casting process obviously. 

What else can we do? Can't their representatives be contacted for verification?
