Is there a way to change an existing Entry that is listed as an Episode into a Video Short / Video Entry? Or would that only be possible by adding the Titel as Short and than requesting a deletion of the Episode?

Yes there is, if you go to the episode in question, edit page, then Episode Title / Number correct, continue, then wipe the episode title and number fields and write the title in the correct format - Title of the video, then the year, then (V) (see below). Please be sure to make sure no other title exists with that exact text or the system will submit a merge instead. If there is a title with that exact same text then you would need to write (1990/II).
