I changed my name but recieved a letter telling "This does not impact the name that appears on your public IMDb page". I am confused. I want appear everywhere on IMDB as Dimi Godprayer and do not want mistakenly added previous name appear anywhere, how can I completely change my name? How people will see me in credits?

Hi, Dimi Godprayer.

In credits people will see your name the same ways it is printed in various titles. Whenever the printed name is not the same as the name on your page, the alternative variants will appear prefixed with "as". It is the fundamental rule for such kind of factual data.

The main name for a person's page must also reflect a factual data.
In this particular case, who is it? Try to search for "Dimi Godprayer" and you find nothing. In this forum, since you've stated, now we may think that Dmitry Bogomolov is going to invent a pseudonym for himself. But it is far away from being factual for now in the sense of cinematography. Maybe years should help to make it meaningful.

The name reflects the factual data, and facts do not care about personal preferment or one-minute wishes.

I do not think that it is okay that another person credited in the movie I actually edited. What I have to do now? Start another page?

If your concern is credits in one movie, it would be correct to provide the IMDb link to the movie and the screenshots for its end titles including your name, or another person's name instead of yours, or wrong variant of your factual name, or whats other matters.

PS: If you mean For The Love of Noodles (2019), it really seems as if the "editor" and "sound mixer" go to the wrong person who tends to be only actor in other works. The data are in the same state as they are on the Russian base Kinopoisk.

PPS: If the above supposed is correct, you do not need to change your page name that may be factual, but just edit  the mentioned credits to belong to your page.

Here is the film page https://www.imdb.com/title/tt9798772     I had my previous name in final credits and director credit me exactly as I asked. But suddenly site replaced the link and now it is another person with the same name that my previous name. Of course my first thought is change name to unique name and update this information but no. Finally I have two names, wrong link and have no idea what to type in next credits

If I ask you to change your name to "Dimon the Best" or "Dimon the Worst", will you do this? What I mean, your name is your name (and it is in titles as you said), there is no rational reason to crumple it when you just want the credit to be re-linked )))

Just follow the instructions: How can I move credits to another page?

The screenshot above suggests that your page is Bogomolov, Dmitry (II) but there are currently no credits under that name so it does not show up in normal searches and I cannot get a link to it.

If that is correct and that is the name in the credits of the movie then what you need to do is to correct the credits for the editor and sound mixer on the movie to that name - the important point being the (II) to distinguish it from the other person. You will need to tick the box for "This is the first credit in this section" for both and it would be a good idea to add an explanation to both saying that this is a different person with the same name (a very common thing on IMDb). Note that that Bogomolov, Dmitry (II) did appear as one of the options in the edit form and it even had the picture in the dropdown you get when editing the name field (as least when I tried it).

Trying to change the name to something that does not appear in the credits is likely to be rejected.

If you can get a screenshot of the credits showing your name then that would help a lot.
