I have several times tried to change the character name for Marissa Buell https://www.imdb.com/name/nm2557312/?ref_=nv_sr_1?ref_=nv_sr_1 in episode 167 of Sunset Beach https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0969594/?ref_=nm_flmg_act_1 from the incorrect Molly to Nelly Reager which is correct but each time the submission is declined. I have also tried to delete the current incorrect info about the actress to readd it with the correct info several times but it gets declined with the same standard message as when I just try to change the character name. That you were "unable to verify". I have posted a youtube clip from the episode where you can clearly hear that her character is named Nelly Reager as explanation but it still gets declined https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m_n-kv3J9zs&feature=youtu.be&t=72. Meanwhile if you watch the episode there is no character called "Molly". How much more evidence do you need?

I can confirm after watching That the little actress does indeed say a rhyming sentence where every other word or so starts with the letter "N". It goes like this........My name is Nellie and my mom's named Nancy and we come from North Dakota and I brought some Napkins.

Now the only reason that I can see for IMDb rejecting this is that there are two ways to spell her name. Since as you well know as we have been down this road before, this program has no on screen credits for actors whatsoever. IMDb must choose between Nelly or Nellie. This could be the reason.

Wait for a reply or try and resubmit with my spelling.

According to Nelly Name Meaning & Origin, the name Nelly for a baby girl was at its peak of popularity in the 1880s, at 16 per one million babies.  Nellie also peaked in the 1880s, but there were 4817 per one million babies.

So I'd say Nellie is the more popular spelling.

Seems a little far-fetched if that should be the case since she appears in the next episode (168) as well and there it was approved as "Nelly" but on the other hand there was no existing credit already for her in that episode.

Then the other should be corrected if you use the spellings likelihood of it being Nellie.
You are the one that has added the majority of the data. Try to be as accurate as possible.
When guessing, which is exactly what you are doing since there is no onscreen data, guess with the facts to back up your guess. Don't choose a lower probability of spelling choice. Nellie is more popular, 4817 vs. 16 per million names given. Proof is impossible here. Since you are probably the person responsible for the other Nelly does not qualify for the database to continue the name mistake. Heck I could claim that it is spelled Nell-E or Nelli. See my point!

Ok sure. I can try to readd it with the other spelling, see if it makes any difference. I only chose the "Nelly"-spelling because that's how she was listed here.
