If you've submitted a name change request (using the Edit Page button at the bottom of your listing), it usually takes between 2 and 14 days before the change shows up on the live page. The change has to be verified by the screeners first, it is not a fully automated process.

You hit a number of hurdles:

* You needed to check the box for "This is a different person not currently listed - create 'Democritou, Paul'."

* And then you needed to remove the "as" attribute because you appear to be credited as "Paul D":

Of course, checking all this all I had to do was press a button to submit the change, so that's what I did - the changes are now submitted:

131019-205619-924000

However, there is another problem - this seems to be a music video, which is not eligible for inclusion:

at present, we do not list commercials, video clips or music videos (these go to the biographical section under 'other works').

As that is your only credit, you might lose the name page if that video is deleted.

Expert contributor MayorDefacto points me to a staff statement that says music videos are now OK:

See the response from ThomasPorter here, imdb.com/board/bd0000042/nest/201784600?d=201932393#201932393, to the direct question, "Are music videos elligible now?" Misspelling of the word 'eligible' aside, music videos can now be added employing the following standards:

title: Artist: Song Title
format: video
genre: short, music
keyword: music_video

Looks like (V)ideo is preferred even if the "program" premiered on TV or webcast which generally is treated like TV.

Haven't tried any myself, but it may be tricky substantiating distribution and release dates. Most have sparse onscreen credits, so lots of uncrediteds in cast and crew. Once they've split these off into their own title type it'll probably be easier to add them.
