Changing a credit from co-producer to producer

I have moved from co-producer to producer on a project, but my contribution to change my credit on imdb has been declined - three times.  On my last attempt I did provide an explanation, but that was also declined. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Actually, when I look at it now, I don't have anything listed next to my name.  Do I need to go back in and submit another contribution?
