Character names - clarification?

Hi. And sorry about another rather long thread.

There's a guide ( https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/filmography-credits/characters/GKLQVXKH7U8DATWX?ref_=help...# ) for adding character names and him/herself related appearances, but I still need to clarify a few things.

1) News and current affairs programs often have people appearing as "him/herself", with the occupation/title/position (etc) they represent, AND the name of the company/department/office (etc) they represent. So there can be three different things: Name, occupation, company.

For news and current affairs programs/documentaries, the description given in the subtitle when the name appears on screen is preferred. Long biographical descriptions should be avoided here and should be submitted to the individual's biography section instead.

So does this mean that all the info (that is added to the program caption along with the person's name) is also added to IMDB, no matter how long or short it can be? For example, what is the "correct" way to add these (quite random) examples. Meaning, if this would be exactly how the person is credited in the news program:

"Megan Brennan
United States Postmaster General
United States Postal Service"

A) Brennan, Megan - - - - Herself - United States Postmaster General - United States Postal Service
B) Brennan, Megan - - - - Herself: United States Postmaster General - United States Postal Service
C) Brennan, Megan - - - - Herself - United States Postmaster General: United States Postal Service
D) Something else? Like perhaps shorten these titles?

OR

"Tim Cook
Chief executive officer
Apple Inc."

A) Cook, Tim - - - - Himself - Chief executive officer - Apple Inc.
B) Cook, Tim - - - - Himself: Chief executive officer - Apple Inc.
C) Cook, Tim - - - - Himself - Chief executive officer: Apple Inc.
D) Something else?

2) Again from the guide:

Appearances where an individual is interviewed as well as performing an act, or where an individual has multiple and distinct roles can be submitted using a forward slash as a separator. For example:

• Himself - Interviewee/Guitarist
• Herself - Singer/Comedienne

Does this ONLY refer to cases where the individual has multiple and distinct roles (let's say, a musician is being interviewed AND he/she is also performing on stage)? Meaning, that we don't add:

Brennan, Megan - - - - Herself - Interviewee: United States Postmaster General - United States Postal Service

Cook, Tim - - - - Himself: Interviewee

( Then again, it's often the case that the person is interviewed AND is also shown doing something else in a news story or a documentary. Like Tim Cook would work on his office or would attend a meeting. Or maybe he would ride a bike in the park or play a guitar with his cousin. )

3) (EDIT) Additional question. Sometimes there's, let's say a news report or a documentary of the theatre play where the actors are being interviewed (as "Him/herself"). Sometimes there's a character caption (the role that the actor is playing on that theatre play) along with the name. How this should be added? For example:

Doe, John - - - - Himself - "Johnny Handsome"
