I was chargee for a promotion wtating three days free then was charged and i would like to cancel the promotion and not be charged anymore

I am being charged for a free trial. I didn't receive an email that it had ended a day or so ago. I logged in today to cancel. I would like to not be charged for October. I'm not going to be using the services. I haven't gotten any use out of Imbd during the trial at all either.
