I tried to submit a release date for http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1037343/ . Back in August (170823-170216-517000) and again in October (171026-231849-279000). Without success. The date for the United States is 18 November 2008 as this was when they released a DVD boxset including the entire series as well as several extras like the unaired pilot episode.
