Checking on Client Updates?

I am a producer with IMDB Pro account and I represent a number of the smaller actors who have been part of our projects that don't have their own larger representation. I have submitted a number of client addition requests and many have gone through quickly, others I am still waiting for.  I have checked the my update history and it says they were received and not to resubmit.

I checked the processing times page and anything to do with clients it states, "Processing times for Contact Data (Branches, Employees, Clients, Coworkers, Direct Contact) is not listed below. Contact data is processed at Platinum priority (within 1 business day)."

So just wondering how I check in at this point?

Please post the submission reference numbers here associated with the contact data updates and our staff can confirm the status for you.

Thanks for checking! I'm not in a rush, I just wanted to ensure they weren't lost forever :)  You'll note that all of these folks are part of films I am a Producer on.


Thanks for your help.  

We are shooting a new feature now, so I will want to be adding more people in the future. Just want to ensure I'm doing the right thing.

Updates can take a bit longer if there are two or more similar (or the same) names, the staff need to check that you've got the correct name

They can also take a bit longer if they need to check who you are (if it's one of your first submission or if you've provided incorrect data in the past.

But they never ssend you anything to say that they've dealt with the processing of an update request, you can best check by checking the Processing Times page and by keeping an eye on the page(s) you asked to be changed

Hi Steve, Thanks for your response. Yes I did check the Processing times page, but those don't include the times for the adding of clients.  I'll hang on for sure.

Hi Jason,

I have reviewed your submissions and can see that the client addition was approved and was displaying on both the company page and on the individual pages of the clients. Upon reviewing it appears that the submission did not bring through the client link to your page and so they were not displaying correctly. I have now manually updated these entries in include your page, please allow up to 48 hours for all updates to be visible on all platforms of the website.
