Dear IMDB,
I am big fan of your site and has been browsing & using and enjoying it for many years. Recently I have started using your alternate interface - IMDB data sets for my personal learning and performing data mining on this data set. I must say, it was really awesome when I was able to run various predictive analytics on this data and get answers like "What makes an action movie successfull" etc. and that too with complete statistical facts. I really thank you guys for making this data publicly available and specially for data architects like me who are also movie lovers.
If possible, can IMDB also share some of it's clickstream data (browsing paths etc), so that we can perform some more analytics on it. IP/User IDs can be randomized for security purposes. This will really help me in performing advanced analytics on this and learning to develop real time recommendation system using it.
Thanks,
Manish Gupta
