To whom it may concern,
I am writing to you as a British Sign Language user and on behalf of all Deaf people. I am disappointed about the lack of subtitles or closed captioning on all of your movie trailers that are released.
This makes us feel that we are being excluded and as your customers we are being ignored and not valued. It means we cannot access information that everyone else can about the content of the forthcoming movies.
Please can you review this, in order to give us the same experience as your other customers who are not Deaf.
Yours faithfully,
Luke Collins-Hayes
