Thanks a lot, Dan!

I'll post a longer message tonight, I'm  now busy with my  daughter... who'll soon celebrate her 5th birthday, she was born a few weeks after the polls were back so I love how each each 100-step comes at the same period.

Looking forward to the million-mark!

I've only got two out of 8 attempts in two weeks of trying. It is hard work making these. If your ratio is any thing like mine. Wow. Do you know how many actual polls you've made?

Congrats

2 out of 8 is a good ratio, you don't have to worry about it. That said, I'm not an 'authority' on the matter, all I can recommend you to do, is keep your own ideas but try to follow the same format than polls that get usually picked, that's the way I started and after a few polls getting picked, I realized I could build my own style of polls... the good thing is that we all make different polls and it creates an interesting diversity.

N.A.S.C.A.R. saying!!!! Lead, Follow, or "Get outta the way"! I don't copy, IE: Follow.
I did make a couple of bad polls that I removed IE: Got em outta the way! I make my own path IE: "Lead" My Philosophy. Be Humble, and don't just carry a big stick. Use it on yourself!! I try to be a better person just a little more than the day before. Wash, Rinse, and Repeat.  Great work. Only the people that spend time here and make polls know. You get my "Oscar"

Humility is important because there's always and will always be someone better or more successful than us so we better get used to it and learn to accept the worth of our smallest accomplishments.

Problem with today's world is that it exposes us every day on other people's achievements, they can be friends, family, even stars (via Twitter or Instagram) and they always tend to diminish the perception toward our own achievements... not a good thing. It's good to want more... but if you don't value what you have, having more will change nothing.

That was my 'minute of philosophy' but I agree with everything you said, wholeheartedly.

Ugh!  What a slacker Sir ElM is!! His output is sooooo embarrassing!
Come on.  He's no HB.  When was the last time, Sir ElM suggested a Julian Sands centric poll?  So sad.

...

Just joshing ya.

So many congratulations, so little time. :-)
