Contact info help

I am trying to update the contact and agency info of my clients. I recently started changed the talent agency I'm working at, but it still shows my clients as being at the previous agency on the agency's page, and my contact info on their profile pages does not appear other than my name. I've tried changing them, but nothing seems to work, even after looking through the Contact help page in IMDB. If anyone can help, I would appreciate it.
