Thank you, Taylor.

I have now cleared my cache and cookies, and I restarted the browser. I signed back in, and I am still getting the same message. The link I am using is this: https://help.imdb.com/contact

Scratch that. I have it back. I am no longer getting the message, and everything is fine.

That message happens because of poor internet connections.
I used to get that until I switched ISP's.

I am using the Chrome browser. The message disappears just as I log in to the browser, but reappears when I refresh the page.

In other words, I need to restart my browser every time I want to see the page correctly and remove the error.

Disable you virus protections for 5-10 minutes and retest

Disabling virus protection didn't work, but disabling all my extensions DID work. Now I'll have to find out which extension is causing the problem. Thanks again, Ed.

DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials was blocking the page. The extension is specifically blocking a tracker called windrun.amazon.com.
