Contribution Update Question

Hullo,
I have two questions about updates I've submitted?

1. I've tried numerous times to remove this title (www.imdb.com/title/tt3659286/) since it's a duplicate, Welsh-release title of this episode (www.imdb.com/title/tt0648632), but nothing seems to have happened. Here's the most recent reference number 180118-020905-066000.
2. I've tried to change the title photo of this TV movie (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0102447/) at least 10 times this month also with no avail.

I'm not complaining in the least, I've been contributing on IMDb for years, but I'm just interested why these (100% correct) updates aren't being acted on.

Hi Mateja -

1) The Title Merge you submitted was not processed because our editors were unable to verify the information.  However, after further investigation, we have now merged the titles and the change should be live on the site shortly.

2) I was able to review the primary poster request and noted that it was rejected.  This means that the existing poster image is preferred and will need to remain.

Thanks a lot. It does help even if I don't necessarily agree with number 2. The preferred poster is not a poster at all but rather an unofficial VHS cover which has a tiny resolution, is quite ugly, and contains a major spoiler.
