contributions

My contribution (#170215-060319-331101) isn't recognized under my account "View Your Contributions." I tried updating the history with the new reference number, but the response is "The update 170215-060319-331101 does not exist." Thoughts?

Thank you Rebecca, I see that. In my profile, under My Contributions, it is not recognized and it won't allow me to add it using the reference number I inputed under the "Load Previous History." Is this possible to add to my other contribution list?
