Hi,

I am having trouble accessing my contribution/new contribution. I receive an error message: We had a problem processing that request. Go to the IMDb contribution homepage »

Please help.

There is a current technical issue with our submission system, our technical staff have been alerted and are working on fixing the problem as soon as possible.  Once I have an update on the status I will let you know here.

I'm also not getting emails when someone replies to my posts. Is that in the same realm of problems or is that specific to me?

Hi Adrian -

If you are not getting replies to your Get Satisfaction posts, this is a separate issue.  You will need to go to your Get Satisfaction Account Settings, look under the "Email & Notifications" section and make sure that you have the applicable boxes check-marked.

They are checked. This started about two days ago and I haven't changed any settings.

If your account is set up to receive notifications but you haven't been getting them, I would encourage you to check your e-mail junk folders to make sure that any notifications haven't been accidentally sent to those folders.

If not, you will need to reach out to the Get Satisfaction staff directly for assistance (as the issue is with the Get Satisfaction site and not IMDb) and they should be able to help.  Good Luck!
