Correction declined twice

Hi, twice I've submitted a correction for an actor in Tell It To The Bees (the role of Jim was credited to Steven Robertson (IV) and it should be Steven Robertson (I). This has been declined twice with message "Your contribution has been declined. We have been unable to verify your contribution. Unfortunately we were unable to accept your submission as we were unable to verify the information provided." This is despite my linking the correct actor's IMDb page in both submissions, and in the second submission mentioning that the film photos have the correct actor tagged, but the cast list does not.

Please would you look over this again - the most recent reference number is 200709-154251-278000.

Hi
This will require that you submit 3 things with your contribution in the box for providing an additional explanation(evidence).
A URL to a free (Or Amazon non free) viewable video of the title and the exact time in minutes and seconds that the actor appears.
A screenshot of that image at that exact time in minutes and seconds submitted by way of a fileshare service (a URL to said image)
And Stevens Actor Page URL https://www.imdb.com/name/nm1017414/?ref_=fn_al_nm_1
That way the IMDb editor can verify that the title is correct, the actors picture (Screenshot) matches his IMDb main photo on his Actors Page.

Thank you Ed, I appreciate that. It would be nice if they would mention that from the beginning! I'm not entirely sure how to do the first two unfortunately. I did provide the actor page URL to them along with a detailed explanation of the actor's pictures tagged in the film title page so I feel that even with that alone they should have all that they need to make the correction. It's very clear, if they would only look, that the actor tagged in the cast list is different from the actor tagged in the film images.

I'll see what I can do about the first two contribution items. Thanks again for your time.
