Credit addition

Can I ask a separate question along the same lines, so I worked on a TV documentary but I can't for the life of me be able to get my credit up, I have edited page but when I put my name in it doesn't recognise it and suggests my name backwards and like a username format. I don't know what to do. could you help me.
The IMDb website has got me going round in circles trying to find the answer!

Do you already have a name page live on the site? Please note: if you are seeing a name displayed as something like [b]Smith, John (II)[/b] this is normal. This is how our names are stored and it may be displaying it in this format as a new name option if you are not currently listed on the site.

Do you have a saved submission reference for this?
