Can you post the Submission ID Reference Number from the most recent submission so staff here can attach your screen capture to the submission it's for? They can also check it to make sure the submission was made correctly and let you know how to change it, if needed.
Also, if you can post the contents of the emailed receipt you were sent, other Contributors might be able to suggest how you might change the submission to have better odds of having it accepted.
Were you also credited as "production liaison?" It seems both would be in the "other" category. Did you try to add it twice there? If you'd have added to the "production Liaison" credit with a slash, like "production liaison/special adviser to Marvel Studios" it might have been accepted. Were you credited both ways?

140930-111537-298000 I signed on with a credit of "production liaison", but was called in during post production for advisement and got a credit upgrade to "SPECIAL ADVISER to MARVEL STUDIOS"

I'd re-submit the request to change the occupation since the submission is 8 months old. I am surprised it didn't go through, but it might be because the occupation didn't match what production had submitted (just a guess). So, if you re-submit it, check the explanation box and explain what you did above and add a link to this thread in that field, you should have no problem at all. You can also post that new Submission ID number here so it'll all go in both directions. Having the link to the screen capture right there in the submission will allow it to go through faster and more efficiently.
Good luck!
