I have been trying to submit my name for the Movie Spiderman Far From home but it has been declined several times now, even after the movie came out.

This is my last edit:

Hi, pietro rastelli. Thank you for presenting (as recommended in the forum's welcome message) the submission reference number! You (or somebody) may be expected to post a screen capture of the part of the movie in which your name appears as a credit. If a fellow IMDb contributor would volunteer to do this for you, it would help that person to know where in the likely-massive collection of credits that yours appears, unless the screen shots entirety of the credits would be posted here anyway. There are some contributors who would fill into IMDb all of the credits for some movies, but often indeed performers and crew members have to do this themselves for themselves (or for the people of the department in which they worked).

Hi Pietro -

I can see that the submission you referenced is a Saved submission that has not yet been submitted to our editors for review.  However, I can see that previous submissions of your "Spider-Man: Far from Home" credit have not been approved because our editors were unable to verify the information.

Please obtain a screen grab of your name featured in the end-credits of this film and post it here so our staff can take a look

Which "colleagues"? The other people credited among the 3D artists for this movie are also not listed on IMDb title page for the movie. Why don't you add them too, pietro rastelli?

Some of them are certainly listed. I added a couple which already had other movies credited. But I would not add the others, considering the time and effort it is taking to add myself..
And how long will this credit update take now?
Will it be like this for every credit I have?
How come other people that I know did not have to show any proofs and were also able to put their name for films that did not come out yet and were only announced?

Thanks for providing the screenshot Pietro, I've re-added your credit now under the role listed on screen - 3D artist: Framestore in line with IMDb policies.

Thanks,
Will

Hey, thank you for accepting it.
But, could I please ask to be changed from "3D artist: Framestore" to "assistant technical director: Framestore" which is more specific to my role.

Thank you in advance.

The occupation should be listed how it’s listed in the actual end credits. Even, when sometimes the ”actual” end credit can be slightly misleading or perhaps not 100% accurate.

Are you sure about that?
Why does that not apply to all the other people from my company then (including those with my same role)?
If you go here https://www.imdb.com/title/tt6320628/fullcredits?ref_=tt_cl_sm#cast and CTRL+F "framestore" you can see that all those people have a specific role, although they are all under "3D artists" like me.
So either they all need to be changed, or there's a flaw with this credits "checking" system.
Which one of them?

Hi Pietro,

We list our credits based on the titles end credits. Therefore as you are credited as a 3D Artist that is how the credit will need to remain. If you notice incorrect credits listed, you can submit a correction using the 'edit page' button located at the bottom of the page.

Thanks
Meredith
