credit deletion

We attempted to amend the credits of a film, but the submission was rejected.

We've screened this film at our theater and there's no credit sequence at all, and actually at no point in the film are the subjects ever identified. From the names listed it seems like they were added as a joke? Please advise.

Based on what? I can't find anything online corroborating this—and again, these credits never appear in the film.

Since we don't have the information in front of us because you have not stated what the title is, I will speculate for you.

It is obvious that there are actors and actresses in the title. Correct?
Then "Somebody" has acted in it. Correct?
They must have names. Correct?
Then when the title was originally created, those "Somebodys" were listed by....The production staff? More than likely correct?

If the database believes it to be correct, they need not explain it.
Extrapolate your own answer.
But unless you can come up with a different "Plausible Theory", accept the answer.
You just cannot remove credits in a title with "No" credits just because of a style choice by the filmmaker. That is absurd.
