I've tried to add a credit for a client several times, but for some reason is not getting added.

Can you please check what's going on?

I've tried several times:

180821-231402-542000
180827-170245-557000
180911-222528-655000

Let me know what's wrong, and how can we fix this :)

Thanks!David

Hi David,

Thanks for your message.

If you have submitted an update and it has not been accepted, it means that our editors were probably unable to verify it and need further information/additional evidence.

If you are adding a credit for a film or TV show, the best evidence is a screen grab/image showing your name and credit as it appears in the main or end titles of that show.

In order to help our staff verify the credit, we suggest you obtain a screen grab of the credit and post it here on GetSatisfaction - instructions below:

    1) Find your original submission in your update history (https://www.imdb.com/updates/history

    2) Verify that all the data is still valid. If you need to update/amend the information, you can do so and resubmit the entry.

    3) Make a note of the update reference number (it's the number composed of three groups of 6 digits separated by dashes, e.g. 121027-090001-134000

    4) Come back here to GetSatisfaction.

    5)  Update this thread and post the screen grab as an image along with the update reference number for the corresponding submission. You can also enter any additional information, comment or feedback. The more data/evidence you supply, the better.

    6) Submit the form.

Our editors will review the image and comments you have supplied and use them to re-examine your update. If they can verify that the submission is eligible to be included, they will accept it.

If you are not listed in the end credits you can attempt to resubmit the credit with the attribute (uncredited) and see if an editor is able to approve this for you. If your update doesn't go live within 2-3 days you may need to provide us further information.

and you cannot provide us the information requested above, instead please provide us with any pay stubs and/or call sheets for review and we will look into this further for you - also please be aware that if approved onto the website you will be listed with the additional attribute '(uncredited)' to reflect that your name was not listed in the end credits.

You can submit any contracts or pay stubs via a more secure means, please upload these screen grabs or data somewhere on the Web where we can access it (we recommend a free image hosting service like imgur.com) and send us the links/URLs pointing to it via the following process:

    1) Find your original submission in your update history (https://www.imdb.com/updates/history).

    2) Verify that all the data is still valid. If you need to update/amend the information, you can do so and resubmit the entry.

    3) Make a note of the update reference number (it's the number composed of three groups of 6 digits separated by dashes, e.g. 121027-090001-134000)

    4) Go to this page: https://help.imdb.com/contact and select the options for Contributor questions --> Filmography credits --> Provide credit evidence

    5) Fill in the form with all the information (the update reference number and all the URLs pointing to the additional verification for that submission). At least one link is mandatory. If you have more than three, use the 'comment' field to add them.

    6) Enter any additional information, comment or feedback in the 'comment' field. The more data/evidence you supply, the better.

    7) Submit the form.

Thanks for understanding.

Joel
