Nicholas D'Agosto's credit in "Trial & Error" (2016) {A Wrench in the Case (#1.2)} is locked. I would like to add his order number (1) there. Please unlock/unverify.

This sot of thing seems to happen quite frequently. I ran into on the series Beyond where one credit was locked on every episode. I used a Miscellaneous Correction to get it corrected. I don't think they have ever tracked down the source of the problem.

Hi Adrian,

Unfortunately this is a known error caused by a bug in our internal systems; you are correct that a miscellaneous correction is the best way to get the item amended.
