Dear IMDb, I hope that this e-mail finds you all well.

Could you please assist with the addition of a credit to my profile?  I have been attempting to add a particular credit over the past couple of months and have failed miserably...previous tickets are as follows:

170429-072634-986000
170515-114236-047000
170612-072925-505000

I can 100% attest that I was present in this episode of Neighbours (episode #7586 - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt4812576), which was aired on 24th April 2017, and have physical evidence of it in the form of a still photograph taken from the television (I appear in the top right of screen).

I look forward to hearing from you.

Highest regards, with many thanks and best wishes,
Steve.

Hi there,

I have had a look at your submissions and can see they have been rejected for being badly formatted.

Please note that we do not accept cast credits that are submitted with a character name of 'extra' 'featured' 'lead' or 'guest star'. If you are not credited on-screen with a character name you should submit your character name as the job function that you portrayed. Examples: restaurant customer, ER doctor, police officer.

Also note, if you did not receive an on-screen credit (ie, your name does not appear in the credits of the show/film), you'll need to submit your credit with the (uncredited) attribute.
