Why can I not edit the credit order on this?

On the edit screen the "Order" column has NO data-entry boxes for me to change the order...even after selecting "Correct" for each credit??

And the Help section says absolutely nothing AFAICT about why this is happening, either.

It is a release date issue. I know it sounds weird but there is glitch that makes the apparent release date invalid within the computer system. I submitted a new/same release date. It says it will be processed tomorrow. Don't know if that will work. It may have to be done manually by staff. Would like to know if submitting on our part (contributor) accomplishes the same thing.
Good Luck.
Wait for staff reply.
I will check my submission status periodically and will report when it is approved or denied.
Cheers

Thanks for the reply!

Just out of interest, how do you know it's a release date issue?

And what’s the glitch exactly?
...is it that there is no release date on the title that hasn’t got an additional attribute (e.g. "Telluride Film Festival") next to it – i.e. a title needs one date without any attribute for it to accept ordering?

So presumably you’re saying the title will have to have an additional date at the top? Thus having to appear as
USA - 28 April 2019
USA - 28 April 2019 (Tribeca Film Festival)
...etc...

Should this be removed after credits ordering has been done, as surely it's not exactly accurate, if the title was not on proper theatrical release?

Yes, if this is the issue, then questions remain on which is best methodology:

1. It's best fixed by a contributor adding a date (as you’re doing) that’ll auto-fix the issue meaning an IMDb staffer doesn't have to do anything?

or
2. As above, but the staffer still has to fix it manually as well?

or
3. Contributors shouldn't submit any fix like this, and instead come to these forums for a staffer to enable it manually?

-----------

Ultimately, why does such an issue exist at all (festival screenings are typically the  final cut), or is it a bug that’s on the list for fixing sometime?

The additional release date has been approved, but the questions above remain.

EDIT: It still doesn't work, unfortunately...?

Yes, after a release date submission, it takes 24-48 hours for the whole system to see the update.

Made the wrong submission.
Now made the correct one.
Lets wait.
I rechecked the other topic.
It was not the date. It was the production status!!
Submitted as "Released"
Still wait 24-48!

Ah, that's fixed it already. Many thanks.

NB: should the release date you submitted thus be removed, given it's not accurate?

1. Release date, duplicate removed.
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt10011296/releaseinfo

2. Credit order, submitted today.
Comment:
End titles no cast mentioned, thus ordered per IMDb rules: narrator > rest in order of appearance.

"Calculating..." is not resolving to an actual date.
BUG...?

This and another basic (external link) submission, both have same issue:

(not that anyone but me are able to see those links!)

Thanks, didn't know I had a History available on site (is this new, or a 'long term' perpetual Beta feature)?
Any other 'hidden' beta links or functions worth knowing about; please do tell! :-)

The links from there still show "Calculating..." though. :-(
