Hello Andre,
Did you get an on-screen credit?
You can only be listed when you have an on-screen credit for at least one piece of work.
Where you didn't get an on-screen credit then you must set the attribute to (uncredited)
When you do get an on-screen credit for something (in any job) then any uncredited work will be listed as well

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Credit still not posted...Help from an employee please.

Wondering when the uncredited work I posted will be posted.  It says 1-7 days and its been longer.  Others that did the EXACT same work as me have their stuff posted already.  I posted this question 2 days ago but it got answered by a non employee so I really got no answer.  Here is the reference number: 180103-205240-475000  Can someone please help?

The credits have been processed and approved, however, they will not be visible until you have your first on-screen credit.

Please see https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/filmography-credits/i-worked-on-a-title-but-did-not-recei...
You need to have at least one pre-existing credited entry in the database. We will not display filmographies consisting exclusively of uncredited work. We may make an exception in very rare/specific circumstances (e.g. on movies released before 1990, episodes released before 2000 and/or for high-profile credits, such as an uncredited cameo appearance by a celebrity), but in most cases we will not list an uncredited credit unless you have a pre-existing credited filmography.

Hey Andre,

Thanks for your post.

I can see the credits have been approved onto the website, however our filmography display logic requires at least one fully credited position before anything will display on your page.

Once you add a fully credited position, all the listings will appear.

Have a great day!

Joel
