Credits not getting updated

I keep submitting updates for TV shows I've worked on and they don't get added.
I've asked this question before and was told to submit a screenshot to prove I worked on the show. I am a final colorist, final colorists generally do not get screen credits. That logic doesn't make sense anyway. I've done 24 episodes of Ray Donovan. However, you've only listed 22 of them. You didn't have screen credits for the 22 that you did list. I'm not sure why I need screen credit proof for the remaining 2?

This has been the case on several TV shows that I have worked on. You list some episodes but not all that I submitted. Then I'm asked for screen credit proof to make the submissions. It doesn't make any sense.

Hi Keith -

You mentioned that you generally do not get credited on-screen, can you clarify if you submitted these episode credits with the "uncredited" attribute?  If not, you will need to make sure that you are submitting your credits with this attribute for titles where you weren't credited on-screen.

Can you clarify what remaining two episodes are missing from your filmography?

Michelle, I suspect that Keith Shaw as not credited for this work and has kept quiet because he did not want to admit this. I just checjked a random epsidoe of a random TV show in his credits and found he was not credited (for a 2010 episode). I doubt he is credited on The Shawshank Redemption or many of the other feature films listed. I have not seen a 'colorist: remastering' on any film. It would be a bit odd that he managed to get that same credit title on all of those films. I think it is one he has made up.
