This is something I'm kinda of new at, so I need to ask to be sure.
Since this has:
Edited from Voyagers! (1982) (TV Series)
The film is composed from two episodes from the series
Should this title not have archive footage?

I'm not an expert on archive footage either, but I think the answer may depend on whether this title was entirely reused footage from elsewhere, or if it also included anything new (even just a single extra scene may make a difference!). If you can answer that then it may help others to offer better advice.

Mike: Yes, the cast should have (archive footage) attributes, but I notice that a lot of the information on the page is garbled.
If this production was cobbled together from episodes of "Voyagers!" (1982) only after Jon-Erik Hexum died in 1984, why is the year after the title listed as 1982? Where was it first released? The only release date given is a video premiere in the USA, 11 June 1997, yet this is supposed to be a 1982 theatrical film based on its IMDb designation as Voyager from the Unknown (1982).
Also, the trivia item, "Jon-Erik Hexum's debut film" (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0084876/trivia?item=tr0738382), is wrong; he had also made a TV movie, Making of a Male Model (1983) (TV), and a theatrical film, The Bear (1984), both of which debuted during his lifetime.
If we can figure out when Voyager from the Unknown was first released in the feature-length format, we will be closer to clearing up the errors here.

Yep I saw those too and have been trying to figure out all the needed corrections. There's a lot of info out there, but hard to go thru.

Hi MikeTheWhistle,
Thanks for your post.
If the footage used on a title is that from another existing title which is already listed on the database, then you should use the (archive footage) tag on those names.
However, if there is standalone footage which is not from any previous title - then you're OK to leave the attribute out (for those names only).
With that said, we'd only list a separate title if there is considerable reworking, including new footage and audio - simply two episodes stiched together is not eligible for a separate listing and should be removed.
I hope this helps!
