The most common reason for a Credit to be removed is that the person's name did not appear in the on-screen credits and they could not be identified by the Character name.
Sometimes uncredited work shows up on the page, then disappears if the person named has not had credited work yet. It could show up once the names person is qualified.
Simply appearing on screen doesn't always qualify for a listing on IMDb.
You could list the submission ID number if you were the one who had submitted it and staff can take a look, or try to submit it again, post that new submission ID along with your picture evidence. If you simply use the pics you've posted, it won't do much good if there's nothing to compare the image to. If there is not a head shot of you on your page, you might post a picture with your name on it, like an ID or some such document to compare the image. Again, though, your name appearing on screen would be the best evidence.
Evidence can also be submitted on this form http://www.imdb.com/helpdesk/data_verification if you don't want your documents seen on a public message board. you would upload the pic to a pic hosting site or use service like DropBox.
If you're one of the 3 John W. Taylors listed, I see none of them have any credits listed. So, none of those 3 people currently qualify to have uncredited work listed.
Picture on the box doesn't equal name in the credits. Did your name appear in the on screen credits? Can you supply a screen grab showing it?
Your answers (and follow-up questions) above still apply.
The most common reason for a credit like that to disappear is that it could not be verified and/or did not appear in the credits. If it was not in the credits, you should re-submit and make sure to add the attribute "(uncredited)." You can resubmit and add the submission ID number here so staff can check on status. If you are credited on screen, add a pic of the on screen credit.
I was not in credits , this was an oversight due to the time limit to filming , I did reapply as uncredited , I spoke with SAG and they spoke with the production company , I'm in the final credits ,but not on screen , Thank you for your reply.
I see three John W. Taylor's listed on IMDb. None have any credits listed (and one looks like the name got botched when added), so none would be eligible for having an "uncredited" role listed. At least one credited role needs to first be listed. If one of those had your credit it, as described above, was added then suppressed until it's eligible for listing.
If it was "credited" but was listed on the botched page it might not have passed verification against the credits because the name is not the same and it needs to be submitted correctly.
You could help out by adding some info...link to your page...credited or not...
Do you have any other credits listed on IMDb? Because we can only accept uncredited credits for pre-existing filmographies (i.e. you need to have at least one pre-existing credited role on the site).
If you have an existing filmography on the site, please include the URL to its page so we can take a look and see if the credit for Dallas Buyers Club can be added to it.
This movie is my first time applying for a credit, I've been in thirty films ,but never spoke , I've never worried about having a credit , this film , I was given a speaking role , so I applied for a credit . I know there are several John Taylors so I added the W from my middle name.
John Taylor

If not, your listing should include the attribute (uncredited). You then would need to qualify for an uncredited listing as described in the Help Area here http://www.imdb.com/help/search?domain=helpdesk_faq&index=1&file=uncreditedcredits&ref_=...
