Amy Higgins date of birth was submitted to her IMDb without her approval, and we've tried about everything to get it down, but it hasn't been taken down. She really wishes for this to be removed, is there any way we can get some help??

Hey Col, thanks for the response/link. I'm very aware of the strict policy IMDb has when it comes to this matter, that is why I posted on here. The big issue is that this was submitted with approval... Amy does not wish for this to be visible on IMDb and it was submitted without her knowledge.. Can this not be addressed for a matter like this?

Col, can you help me with this? It was submitted a while ago without approval by Amy and she did not agree her personal information (DOB) to be listed. Can you please assist me somehow?

Jamie, the part in the link that Col provided that is relevant reads as follows "IMDb will not remove accurate information."

The question to consider as to whether the information can be deleted is whether the information is accurate. It would appear that you acknowledge that it is indeed her date of birth and so will not be removed by the IMDb.
