Did you check the status of the contribution?

bderoes is correct, this submission has been saved and has not been submitted just yet - it looks like you need to acknowledge a tick box in one of the yellow sections, then once you have done so hit the re-check these updates button. Once it is ready to submit you will see a submit these updates button and you will get a submission reference once you've submitted the title.
