You should be able to see the "Born Today" section on the IMDb home page:
Look below the "IMDb Snapshot - Latest Photos and Galleries" section and Above the "Recommended for you" section. If you are still having trouble, please let us know.

This was due to a problem that has now been fixed, check the homepage again and you will see the "Born Today" section. Cheers!
