BTW, there are many other seemingly "empty" name pages.
In another discussion, staff member "niallto" noted that some
seemingly "empty" pages are kept for various possible reasons.
(I don't know if any such reasons would apply in this particular case.
IIUC, in some cases, the reasons might not be readily apparent or visible to us as users.)
At the end of that other discussion, staff member "niallto" wrote:
"Please do not report any more pages that you think are empty."
[IMDb staff are] "aware that there are a large number of pages on the site
that no longer have any data attached," [and staff are] "looking into an
efficient method of cleaning these up."

No Dan is correct. This is my page and should be removed. There are no credits and no such reasons as you point out apply.

You do not own the credit page for you on IMDb. IMDb does.
Nobody clearly states IMDb's position:
