Can a staffer please delete and block the keywords romeo (http://www.imdb.com/search/keyword?keywords=romeo). juliet (http://www.imdb.com/search/keyword?keywords=juliet) and romeo-and-juliet (http://www.imdb.com/search/keyword?keywords=romeo-and-juliet)? These are character names and as such already have their own pages. And for titles that refer to the Shakespeare play, there's already http://www.imdb.com/search/keyword?keywords=reference-to-shakespeare%27s-romeo-and-juliet.

I have now removed the keywords. Please allow up to 48 hours for the changes to appear live on the site.

Have a nice day!

www.imdb.com/search/keyword?keywords=reference-to-shakespeare%27s-romeo-and-juliet.
Update:
That keyword has been deleted, unfortunately.
As Peter noted in his reply in another thread, it seems that all
previously-existing keywords mentioning Romeo and Juliet
were recently nuked.

Hopefully the reference-to-shakespeare's-romeo-and-juliet will be restored.

Hopefully the reference-to-shakespeare's-romeo-and-juliet [keyword] will be restored.
That and "romeo-and-juliet-plot" also  (as Peter mentioned in another thread).

I assume that the staff would have to examine old backup data to see which titles had those keywords, and then manually add those keywords back to those titles.  I hope they have the capability to do this, but I won't be too surprised if they can't or won't do it.
