https://www.imdb.com/title/tt7993852/) actual broadcasts, which should be considered TV specials rather than part of an ongoing series? Or do those episodes not exist at all?
If the episodes actually exist, I expect that IMDb will continue to list them as a TV series. IMDb used to have a principle that "if it can be treated as an episode, it should be". Maybe if these specials were just starting out, IMDb might have chosen to classify them as specials rather than as a series, but with 89 of them already listed, I expect that they will continue to be listed as a series.
That said, if the episodes are completely nonexistent, you can submit a request to delete a title at
https://help.imdb.com/contact. You would select "IMDB Fan/Contributor questions", then "Titles", then "Delete a title", then click "E-mail" which will bring up a form with which you can submit the deletion request for the series.
