delete old credit

how can i delete a listing in my account so it does NOT show up anymore
e.g a credit, which i don't want to have anymore, cause i only did
this position one time...

If it is a valid credit, listed in the credits of whatever show, movie or documentary it was in, you'll have no luck getting it deleted. IMDb doesn't delete correct data.

Your listing on IMDb is not your account, it is IMDb's listing about you, which can be linked to your IMDb Pro account.

That would be different, of course. Then you can use the Edit page button on your page, select the profession that your credit is in and choose "Correct/Delete", and "Add 1 credit" to the correct department. But it would probably be a good idea to raise a data verification case (http://www.imdb.com/helpdesk/data_ver...) right after submitting it, with pictures of the actual credit and siting other online sources for the change, if the are any, and/or an explanation of the situation, so that the screeners can verify the change.
