Karina,

You could try the advice above.  Or, you could re-post in a new thread, since the one you're comment in has long been resolved, and post your submission ID numbers and see if staff can comment on what you can do differently (the chance is slimmer staff will see it here in a resolved thread from 3 months ago than if you make a new thread with your specific concern).

It's difficult to prove uncredited stuff needs deletion and you'd have a better chance to correct it to the right person or, if you can't figure out who that is, split it off to a new page of its own.  They'll rarely just delete something upon request, though.

Karina: I would recommend starting a separate thread to discuss this. Cody's thread was already marked as "answered" three months ago.

However, when you start your separate thread, and assuming you are the Karina Villegas whose page is at http://www.imdb.com/name/nm3763765/, can you clarify why the uncredited roles listed there should be deleted?

Those uncredited credits doesn't belong to me. I've been trying to delete them from last year.

This is, of course, untrue as you've now described below, that you simply don't want "uncredited" appearing on your page, per your preference, regardless of it's accuracy in it's present listing.

Karina: Can you be more specific? For example, for the series "Franklin & Bash," there are four episodes listed under your name, all for playing the role of Infeld Lawyer, but two are credited and two are uncredited.

Does this mean that you played the Infeld Lawyer in the episodes "Viper" and "Franklin vs. Bash" and were credited, but someone else played the Infeld Lawyer in the episodes "Strange Brew" and "She Came Upstairs to Kill Me" but was uncredited? If so, do you know or can you find out who that other person was?

Similarly, do you know, or can you find out, who played the Bartender in the "90210" episode "Holiday Madness" and the Sales Clerk in the "Better with You" episode "Better with Thanksgiving"?

Or is the situation different from what I have described above?

so, there were two of you with the same name working on the same title, appearing as the same character? it's not likely to be approved and even if it is approved, is likely to get changed back. are you sure that was the correct move?

It's not about looking good.  It's about accuracy.  You should not make new pages to reflect your work, but separate from your own page.  I urge you to stop making moves that other people will need to correct.

Re: "If its (sic) not, I will create a new page."

That is not something you should do.  If you've just made a submission that will, if accepted, result in a second page in your name, creating a third will also be wrong and should not be done.  You are one person.  You get one IMDb page.  It's not up to you to manicure your page by creating more and more pages to house those credits you don't want on your page.  If you don't want credit for work...don't do the work.  But don't make a mess of IMDb.

An IMDb Name Page is not something you own and can manipulate to make it "look good."  It belongs to IMDb and is used to keep all your credits in one place.  You should not be sabotaging the page, nor creating superfluous pages simply to gain the "look" you want.  It's funny...half the people listed are trying to get all their credits shown and the other half is trying to hide theirs.  But, there is no negative connotation to having a credit show as "uncredited."  If you did the work, and it qualifies for listing, it should be listed and should not be relegated by you to another page with your lesser impressive credits.

Let's stay positive...but let's stay accurate as well.

Note that the advice given in the other thread did not pertain to you.  Which is why it was suggested you start a new thread and why staff split off your question into a new thread.  You should not have applied advice given without giving clarification to the questions asked of you which could have helped you with better, more applicable advice.

Karina: You are already paying for an IMDb Resume (see http://www.imdb.com/name/nm3763765/resume) which is where you are free to list only the credits that you want to publicize. You would probably be better off focusing on editing that Resume page to look the way you want it to look.

Thank you so much for your help. I tottally understand the point of you. Im not trying to create a mess either. But I tried 3 times to delete those credits in the last 2 years, and Nothing happen. Ive be questioning from casting director about those uncredited credits. Are you an Actor? If you an Actor you will totally understand my point, Im trying to clean those credits cause its giving a hard time. Im an Actress and credits are very important to grow up in this business. I don't understand how I will create a mess. How many Karina are on Imdb. It will be a mess if the were 5 Karina Villegas or something like that. Im even got invited to be part of the celebrities social media called whosay. I really want to stay positive. Im not looking to fill out my Resume on Imdb, Resumes are for casting directors only, not to the public.

Once you've split pages that need to be combined back, you need to send a request to staff to "merge" them, using the directions found here http://www.imdb.com/help/show_leaf?namemerge.  Ordinary users cannot "erase" things from the database.  Only staff can.  But they rely upon us users submitting accurate information and expect us to be able to honestly vouch for it's accuracy and that we're supplying it with the intention of serving the mission of the site which is to be the biggest, most accurate database of film information available (not an advertising and self-promotion service).

Karina, just to let you know, there are people such as myself that, having seen these postings, first chance I get, I'll view every available show you have listed and audit the credits. Any that are incorrect I will correct, any that are deemed false, I will ask to be deleted. Do you have any idea who might have falsely added those "uncredited" listings to your filmography?

Is my career my business.
It is indeed your career, but it isn't your page to do with what you like - it is IMDB's page about you. It may suit your ends to scrub your uncredited roles, but it degrades the accuracy of the database, which is the key consideration staff have to keep in mind.
