Deletion of Credits

I have been waiting since 12/12/16 for 2 credits to be removed from my profile. I got an email 1/13/17 after several requests to say it would be removed within 48 hours but it is still there. Can anyone help?

It would probably help for anyone to help that you provide the 2 credits that you need to be removed from your profile. It is probably a case of another Katie Amess that should be credited.

In addition to the information Adrian requested above, please also post your most recent submission reference numbers related to the your requests to remove these credits.  Once we have further information our staff can take a look.

      Explanation: I did not appear in this episode. I requested this to be removed 12/12/17 and on 1/13/18 someone contacted me to say it had been removed and would disappear within 24 hours. It is still showing. Please can you delete this ASAP.

Hi Katie -

I was able to see that your request to remove the episode credit has not been approved because our editors believe the information is accurate.  To clarify, were you credited on this episode but your scene was cut?  Or did you appear on the episode but your name was not credited?

I did not appear in either of the episodes and don't believe I had a role in them at all.  Maybe there is another Katie Amess they are confused with?

Hi Katie -

As mentioned previously, based on several sources we believe the episode credit is accurate, for example, there is an online source here.  You are welcome to submit the credit corrections again one last time, however, if the credit is not removed it means that our editors have determined that it will need to remain listed on the site.
