I added my name as part of the cast in a film . This was Showing on IMDb a few days later . I eventually noticed that my name was removed from the cast list . I submitted my name again . The same thing happened . IMdb added my name and this was removed later on . Would I be able to know who is deleting my name as this is very unethical ?

The site won't disclose who has submitted data or corrections.  Regardless, if you can prove it with a screen capture of your name in the on screen credits, it can be added.  You could post your most recent submission ID number and upload a screen grab of credits into this thread and staff can look into it.

The film is still in pre-production stage . As I said, IMDb had no problem to add my name .  It is not a matter of adding my name  . Someone is deleting my name a few days after it is added  . So , am I to understand that anyone can delete names without a reason ?

While we can only offer conjecture at this point, since the project is in pre-production, it is likely that the person removing the credit is someone involved with the project.  You could check or you may have to wait until such time as you have copies of contract, pay stubs, etc to get yourself listed and then likely it would have to be (uncredited) and there would be no guarantee that one of the production staff couldn't get it removed.

Anyone can submit a request. The page editor would decide. That's why proving with a screen capture would help. You'll likely need to wait until release for that or hope producers submitting the data while in production get it added.

Or staff are hiding the credit until they can get confirmation that you
are in it. As it is in pre-production such information is going to be
pretty scarce - if it is a high profile title then we might know who the
director is, who some of the main actors are and who some of the
producers might be. As LTR says, you may have to wait until you've got solid proof to demonstrate you have a credit in the title - not everyone is going to get listed right away.
