How do you decline a duplicate contribution when they are clearly on the same page? Am I supposed to supply a link to your own info?

So I followed the instructions in the track my contribution where it says it's declined and it won't let me resubmit. And I have to say whoever declined this is just plain lazy because not only are the entries right on top of each other, but there are only four entries on the page.
If you do not give them the link they wont look. Laziness is not the issue. They are on the clock so to speak. They have a matter of seconds to verify. If they have to slow down and manually type something in to verify it, they just do not have time. You can resubmit in two weeks.

Oh please, I've got stuff I submitted to be deleted and marked the same exact way duplicate entry and deleted no problem.
